M&A Heating & Cooling LLC provides service-related texts for HVAC, electrical and commercial refrigeration requests in Winston-Salem and the Piedmont Triad. These include customer-support replies, requested estimate follow-ups, appointment coordination and work updates. This program does not include promotional broadcasts or general advertising.

Enroll by entering your number and checking the optional SMS box on our contact form. The box is not preselected. Consent is not a condition of purchase or required to request service. You can contact us by phone or email instead. Providing or verifying a phone number alone does not enroll you in this program. You must own the number or be authorized to use it.
Frequency and rates
Message frequency varies with your request and ongoing work. Message and data rates may apply through your mobile carrier; check your plan. Do not use this service for emergencies. Messages are not monitored continuously.
Opt out and get help
When the program is active, reply STOP to cancel texts. You may receive an opt-out confirmation; no further program messages will be sent unless you enroll again. Availability
This program is awaiting approval and activation. Submitting the form records your choice but does not start service texts. Delivery depends on mobile networks and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Our usual response hours are Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, excluding holidays.
